We all know that when it comes to food, we don’t always eat just to satisfy hunger. Many of us also turn to food to relieve stress or cope with unpleasant emotions such as sadness, loneliness, or boredom. And after eating, we feel even worse and feel guilty. This can be especially true when you’re stressed out at work, or working from home these days, and feeling low on energy, so you`d just grab something quick like a big latte with a chocolate biscuit to give you some energy and comfort.
One way that I support my clients is through Mindful Eating. By practising mindful eating, you can change the emotional habits that have sabotaged your diet in the past, and regain control over both food and your feelings. No matter how powerless you feel over food, it is possible to make a positive change.
As a recovering emotional and stress eater myself, my intention is to help busy working women to learn how to feel calm and in control at work, and approach life with a greater sense of joy and contentment.

I am a certified Nutritional Therapist, passionate about empowering professional women boost their energy with nutrition and mindfulness to manage stress & anxiety in their life, so they can feel positive, energised & confident again.

I know how you feel! I`ve been working in a corporate business environment for 20 years, and my 9-5 job has also felt very stressful and demanding because of constant workplace changes and short deadlines.
After spending years studying and investing in myself to learn how to create a more loving and healthy relationship with food, mind and body, I wanted to help other corporate women do the same.
It might surprise you to hear this, but I haven't always been a healthy eater.
Well, growing up I always had weight problems. Earlier in my life I tried all the diets out there such as in juice fasts, drastic detox diets, and lots of fad diets (Atkins, South Beach, raw vegan... you name it, I tried it). Then I eventually had to learn how to stop binge eating and yo-yo dieting, which was something I struggled with for years after all of those diet attempts.
My hope is that YOU won't have to struggle with food the way I did, so that's why I now share healthy & delicious recipes, tips and tricks that you can incorporate in your daily life, and enjoy guilt-free eating. (And there's no shame in really indulging, either!)
